This is your chance to leverage your deep understanding of the event planning world to help shape the future of artificial intelligence in the industry.

As an AI Trainer, you'll evaluate the outputs of AI models, providing critical feedback that helps refine their understanding of the tasks, terminology, and nuances of meeting, convention, and event planning. You'll be contributing directly to the development of AI tools that can potentially revolutionize how events are organized and managed.

A Day in the Life of an AI Trainer

Here's what you can expect on a typical day as an AI Trainer:

  • Output Evaluation: Carefully reviewing the AI model's responses, assessing their accuracy, relevance, and completeness. Does the budget include all necessary line items? Is the marketing plan targeted to the right audience? Are the venue suggestions appropriate for the event's size and scope?
  • Feedback Provision: Providing clear, constructive, and structured feedback to the AI model. Explain why a particular output is good or bad, and offer specific suggestions for improvement. This feedback is crucial for helping the AI model learn and refine its performance.
  • Content Assessment: Evaluating articles, blog posts, and other content related to meeting, convention, and event planning. You'll assess the quality of the information, identify any inaccuracies or biases, and provide feedback to help improve the overall quality of content in the field.
  • Collaboration: Interacting with other AI Trainers and Handshake team members to share insights, discuss challenges, and collaborate on improving the AI training process.
