Ophthalmologist - AI Research (Remote, USA)

Role Overview

Handshake is seeking experienced Ophthalmologists to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional full-time clinical role. You’ll use your real-world ophthalmology experience to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI better understand ophthalmic concepts, workflows, and professional medical language in general, non-patient-specific contexts.

This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity that can be done alongside your primary employment.

As a Consulting Ophthalmologist on the Handshake AI team, your day might involve:

    No, this role involves evaluating AI-generated content and does not involve direct patient care.
