You’ll make an impact by 
  • You translate our sales strategy into actionable measures together with local and regional leaders.
  • You develop and guide a cohesive pricing strategy and ensure competitive positioning and margin optimization across the markets.
  • You partner with regional teams, support their strategic decisions and guide business development efforts together with your team.
  • You supervise and analyze sales performance metrics, helping develop actions that improve efficiency and commercial success.
  • You guide and support LoA and escalation processes.
  • You drive market intelligence and strategic alignment processes.
Your defining qualities 

  • You are a globally minded sales leader who combines operational excellence with a deep understanding of the Electrification and Automation market - Energy distribution systems and solutions, as well as protection technology, substation automation, telecontrol, power quality, smart communication, and microgrids.
  • You have the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and to work collaboratively across cultures, and you have many years of leadership experience.
  • You have experience in shaping and developing pricing strategies.
  • You have outstanding communication and analytical skills, paired with critical thinking and commercial competence.
  • You have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel and proficiency in English complete your profile.
