You'll make an impact by

  • You set the strategic direction for global partner marketing by developing and executing scalable, localized programs for Distributors, GSIs, and Solution Partners, ensuring effective onboarding, enablement, and performance measurement in close collaboration with Sales and Partner Management
  • Building on this foundation, you orchestrate cross-business alignment with executive-level partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, oversee MDF co-investments, and lead integrated campaigns as well as high-impact events within complex enterprise ecosystems
  • Subsequently, you foster a culture of creative leadership by implementing innovative engagement models that prioritize customer centricity and drive the growth of a powerful partner ecosystem across Digital Industries
  • To deliver best-in-class customer experiences, you design customer-centric engagement strategies together with partners—connecting end-to-end journeys while anticipating evolving expectations shaped by technological disruption
  • Finally, you lead and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals, manage the budget efficiently for maximum impact, and leverage data-driven reporting to optimize organizational performance while presenting actionable insights to senior leadership

  • Education: You hold a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with extensive professional experience including proven leadership responsibility in marketing or a related field
  • Experience and Skills:
    • You have a strong track record in developing and executing partner marketing strategies within automation industry and complex partner ecosystems
    • You bring extensive experience in leading and inspiring diverse marketing teams as well as managing strategic cross-functional projects and budgets
    • You are adept at driving transformation towards data-driven, value-based marketing and designing best-in-class, customer-centric partner experiences
  • Ways of Working: You demonstrate creative leadership, strategic vision, and outstanding collaboration skills in a dynamic, international environment
  • Languages: You possess excellent English skills; additional language skills are a plus
