Role Overview

PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic Head of Quality for the Gas Filling Department at our state-of-the-art facility in Rahat, Israel. Key Responsibilities

As Head of Quality, you will have comprehensive accountability for all quality-related activities in the Gas Filling Department. This includes:

• Managing quality control processes, from testing and data analysis to representing the department with internal teams and external partners in Israel and abroad.
• Defining production quality standards, troubleshooting issues, and delivering expert guidance across the department.
• Developing, updating, and implementing work procedures and quality inspection protocols for employees and cross-functional teams.
• Conducting daily quality data monitoring to spot trends, deviations, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions with full documentation and follow-through.
• Handling pallets and products on hold due to quality concerns through thorough inspections, investigations, and decisions on release or blocking.
• Preparing for and supporting internal and external quality audits, assisting auditors, and resolving findings effectively.
• Performing risk assessments specific to gas filling processes to proactively mitigate potential issues.
• Leveraging quality management software for ongoing data analysis, issue identification, and solution deployment.

Qualifications & Requirements
