The Head of Trade Marketing, Philippines Foods position in Makati City is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end trade marketing execution for PepsiCo's snacks and hot cereals portfolio. Deploy it nationwide in partnership with distributors, leading monthly cycle meetings and developing trade bulletins for seamless communication. Track innovation pipelines and ensure adherence to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments for optimal ROI.
Identify key accounts for national promotions, align allocations with growth targets, and develop channel-exclusive promotions to close sales gaps. Oversee co-packing, product rework, and promo tracking, while evaluating effectiveness to inform future strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Create execution plans for POSM that translate brand campaigns into impactful below-the-line (BTL) communications. Collaborate with agencies on design, propose high-visibility displays, and ensure timely in-store placement through distributor KAMs and merchandisers, with rigorous monthly tracking.
Lead activations, sampling, and consumer engagement tied to marketing campaigns. Select optimal stores, train promoters, and execute with excellence, capturing learnings to refine future initiatives and enhance shopper experiences.
Source and appoint vendors for activations, sampling, premiums, POSM, and promotions. Negotiate terms, manage scopes, and ensure high-performance partnerships that deliver value and support PepsiCo's marketing objectives.
To succeed in this role, candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Office Administration, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in trade marketing or sales operations within FMCG or related industries is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, with bonus points for PowerBI, SAP, or other analytics tools.
