Reporting to the Health and Safety Supervisor, you'll mitigate occupational hazards, promote safety culture on the DC floor, and interact daily with associates and leaders. Key Responsibilities at Lululemon

As a Health & Safety Technician, your impact will be immediate and meaningful. Here's what a typical day looks like:

• Assist with safety entry screening procedures, hygiene practices, and monitoring COVID-19 prevention measures across the DC.
• Conduct weekly real-time observations (RTOs) in high-risk departments based on incident trends, post-incident reviews, or routine schedules.
• Provide real-time feedback to associates engaging in unsafe behaviors or deviating from safe work procedures.
• Timely investigate and report first aid cases, work injuries, and near-miss incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Guide employees through First Report of Injury processes and deliver first aid when required.
• Maintain accurate safety training records and conduct orientations for new hires plus Power Industrial Truck (PIT) certification training.
• Actively participate in the emergency response team, handling drills and real-time crisis actions.
• Regularly inspect and maintain safety supplies including first aid kits, fire extinguishers, PPE, emergency communication devices, and warning systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Regulatory knowledge: General understanding of occupational health and safety rules in distribution centers.
• Medical readiness: First Aid, CPR, AED training (or willingness to certify immediately).
• Physical capability: Lift up to 50 lbs frequently, wear PPE, and adapt to dynamic schedules including off-shifts, holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Communication skills: Proficient in English for policies, trainings, and instructions; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Salary & Benefits

Earn competitively in Grovepoint, Ohio with a typical hiring range of $22.95 - $25.50/hour, plus 5% target bonus and shift premiums up to $1.00/hour. Total target base can reach $24.10 - $26.78/hour based on performance, experience, and location equity.
