The role

As our Influencer Marketing Intern, you’ll play a key role in shaping how HelloFresh shows up across social channels in the Netherlands and Belgium. You’ll be part of a dynamic marketing team responsible for building authentic influencer partnerships, driving creative content, and delivering impactful campaigns. By combining excellent project management, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership, you’ll help deliver high-quality influencer content that inspires millions of households to enjoy cooking at home. Your ideas and energy will directly shape how our brand shows up online — and how consumers connect with HelloFresh every day.

What you’ll do

Project Management

  • Take full ownership of the project management of influencer campaigns — from planning and briefing to execution and follow-up.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, content approvals, and internal coordination with precision.

Brand Campaign Support

  • Assist with brand campaign execution and content shoots, ensuring all output aligns with the brief and brand guidelines.
  • Help oversee content quality and consistency across channels.

Briefing & Creative Input

  • Contribute to creative briefings with fresh, on-trend ideas.
  • Ensure our brand voice, image, and key messaging are strongly represented in influencer and brand content.

Influencer Collaborations

  • Support major influencer partnerships and co-branded collaborations with well-known Dutch and Belgian brands.
  • Coordinate with influencer management agencies and internal teams from start to publication.

Evaluation & Insights

  • Collect performance data, evaluate campaign results, and analyse them against KPIs.
  • Identify learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.

Proactive Contribution

  • Spot opportunities, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions before they arise.
  • Support the broader marketing team wherever needed.

What you’ll bring

  • Proactive, organized, and independent, with the ability to manage your own projects.
  • Structured and detail-oriented, able to keep oversight of multiple campaigns at once.
  • Creative and social-savvy, with a strong interest in trends, content formats, and storytelling.
  • Passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and food.
  • A native, or strong, communicator in Dutch (must-have) and comfortable working in English.
    Studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field.
  • Available 40 hours per week, and able to be in our Amsterdam office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (3–4 days on-site).
  • Available for 5 to 6 months
