The role

As the Product Marketing Lead, Strategy & Innovation, you will be a key Individual Contributor shaping the future of our physical and digital product experience across multiple international markets. You will drive high-impact initiatives across Packaging, Product Branding, and strategic physical and digital product innovations.

In this role, you’ll define the product strategies needed to solve real consumer pain points, and you’ll own complex, cross-functional projects that push our offering forward. You’ll have the autonomy to influence how our products show up in the world—ensuring they are compelling, customer-centric, and aligned with our global growth ambitions.

What you’ll do

Product Branding

  • Global PMM Lead: Serve as the global PMM point of contact for all Packaging initiatives, owning Product Branding across packaging, private label experiences, outer box design, and in-box moments.
  • Design & Insights: Turn insights, research, and testing into world-class packaging design, naming, and claims that drive customer clarity and conversion.
  • Governance & Playbooks: Build global guardrails, best practices, and playbooks that ensure consistent, high-quality execution of packaging, claims, and product co-branding.

Go-to-Market (GTM) for Product Innovation

  • Lead GTM Strategy: Architect and lead go-to-market strategies for new physical and digital product innovations, subscription features, and multi-market launches.
  • Private Label Strategy: Partner with Product and Creative teams to define the positioning, visual identity, and communication strategy for today’s and tomorrow’s Private Label products.

Messaging & Claims Optimization

  • Narrative Ownership: Act as the messaging expert, turning brand strategy into sharp product narratives and actionable packaging briefs.
  • Claims Leadership: Champion product-led claim development across packaging and marketing to ensure they are both compliant and compelling.
  • Consumer Relevance: Work with Consumer Insights and cross-functional partners to convert product attributes into meaningful, market-ready proof points for multi-market campaigns

 

What you’ll bring

  • PMM Expertise: 8+ years in Product Marketing or related functions within fast-paced, high-growth or tech-driven environments.
  • GTM & Messaging Mastery: Proven track record developing impactful narratives and go-to-market strategies across diverse customer segments.
  • Product & Packaging Acumen: Experience in packaging innovation, design systems, or FMCG claim requirements is a strong advantage.
  • Brand Insight: Strong brand strategy competence with the ability to tie brand positioning to demand-driving product tactics.
  • Execution Excellence: A project leader who thrives in complexity, delivering high-quality output under tight timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Fluency: Demonstrated success partnering with Tech, Product, Creative, Legal, and Consumer Insights teams to connect product innovation with customer value.

The role
