The Role (What’s in the Box)

For our ambitious, fast-growing team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Product Operations Manager (all genders) to join our Product team.
In this role, you’ll take a leading part in managing HelloFresh Market Products, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Procurement, Operations, and Tech teams to launch innovative products that delight our Nordic customers and drive the next stage of our growth.

You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and analyzing new products for our HelloFresh Market range, including ready meals, desserts, breakfast, lunch, and more — contributing directly to HelloFresh’s mission to change the way people eat — forever.

What You’ll Do (The Recipe)

• Support portfolio and add-on strategy across 3 markets through category performance management, product innovation, and product marketing initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end product workflows, coordinating all stages from concept to launch.
• Track performance, drivers, and identify optimization opportunities to enhance the portfolio from multiple perspectives: orders, profitability, and product-market fit.
• Coordinate weekly menu planning, incorporating seasonal ingredients, accurate labelling, and operational constraints, working closely with the local Supply Chain team.
• Partner with the international team to resolve business challenges, remove operational roadblocks, and accelerate execution.
• Collaborate with the international team to set up and deploy pricing and discount strategies.
• Identify and evaluate optimisation opportunities, such as profitability improvements and waste reduction, to enhance efficiency and overall performance.
• Lead product innovation and support merchandising strategies to deliver variety, novelty, and increased customer engagement.
• Drive strategic initiatives to generate broader business impact beyond operational responsibilities.
  
  

What You’ll Bring (Your Ingredients)

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with a strong focus on physical goods/FMCG, not purely digital products, FMCG Brand Management, New Product Development, Business Development, Consulting, Project Management, or similar. 
• Proven experience managing end-to-end product life cycles, ensuring smooth execution from ideation to launch
• Highly organised, with the ability to set priorities and deploy time and resources efficiently.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment and motivate teams for both long-term projects and daily operations.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to develop business cases and summarise quantitative concepts in a digestible format (strong Excel/Google Sheets skills).
• Obsessed with customer experience, balanced with strong business acumen.
• Fluent in English. Familiarity with Scandinavian languages is not required.
