As the Senior Growth Manager - Retail Media, you will be responsible for showcasing to brands how they can leverage the HelloFresh Group customer base to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase behaviour through paid partnerships. You will be critical in scaling growth efforts within one of the fastest-growing global food technology companies.

This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney and reports to the Associate Director - Commercial Partnerships.

You will...

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and achieve sales targets across various channels.
  • Identify key growth opportunities within local and global partner networks and scope new partnership opportunities.
  • Build and convert strong, long-term relationships with a broad range of physical and digital partners, focusing on sampling and recipe partnerships.
  • Prepare and negotiate partnership proposals and contracts to ensure favourable terms and alignment with company goals.
  • Execute a strategy to onboard media agencies into our partner mix to enable future scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with brand, operations, legal, and procurement teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage relationships with our sales agency and collaborate with our Global Retail Media team.

You have...

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a Media Agency environment.
  • A proven ability to source, launch, and expand successful partnerships with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a structured way of working.
  • A strong network in FMCG and media agencies (exposure to the grocery industry is a plus).
  • The willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
