We’re looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team to help look for the best people in the market, with a particular focus on our production/operations roles. Alongside recruitment, you will play an integral role in supporting the People Team by driving initiatives to create the best workplace for our employees across the HelloFresh Group in Australia and New Zealand..

This role is based in our Chippendale HQ in Sydney and reports to the Associate Director of Talent ANZ.

You will…

  • Manage the complete, end to end recruitment lifecycle, starting with effective stakeholder collaboration and progressing through sourcing, interviewing, and successful offer closing.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, actively encouraging and partnering with hiring teams to maximise our employee referral program.
  • Develop solid working relationships with hiring teams and hiring managers, across the organisation, acting as a trusted partner in everything related to hiring.
  • Participate in projects that innovate and improve our ways of hiring, focusing on process excellence, employer branding and candidate experience.

You have/are…

  • Proven experience in managing full cycle recruitment, from role definition with hiring manager to offer/close, with the ability to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
  • Background working either in house or agency hiring.
  • Ability to identify areas of improvement in recruitment processes and use data to support suggestions.
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels and senior management.
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude. You're happier when you're improving the world around you.
  • Ability to recruit for diverse department areas, including operations and production.
