We are looking for someone who is passionate about the endodontics dental category to join our supportive and driven sales team in Melbourne.

Reporting to the National Business Unit Manager – Endodontics, you’ll be the category expert, driving growth by building and deepening trusted relationships with dental professionals. With strong potential across Victoria and Tasmania, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on the thrill of new business and knows how to turn opportunities into results. Just as vital is your ability to nurture existing customers, delivering consultative solutions that support their clinical success and business goals.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to expert for our Endodontic solutions, supporting both Specialists and General Dentists with clinical excellence.

  • Build and strengthen trusted partnerships that elevate customer experience and fuel business growth.

  • Own your territory—create and execute a strategic plan to drive Endodontic category expansion.

  • Team up for success—collaborate and work in partnership with our high-performing sales team to unlock new opportunities and accelerate growth.

  • Empower the team—design and deliver impactful product training that boosts confidence and capability.
