WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing responsive and professional support for all equipment-related inquiries. You will be responsible for processing equipment orders, managing purchasing activities, and ensuring timely delivery by proactively following up and expediting orders when needed. You will also play a critical role in coordinating large equipment installations by working closely with internal project and field teams, as well as sales partners to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will support inventory management, oversee customer returns and credits, and consistently perform your duties in compliance with company policies while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism.

WHAT YOU BRING

You hold a secondary education diploma, with post-secondary studies in a business-related field considered an asset. You have experience in a service or equipment-related environment and a strong foundation in customer service, purchasing, and inventory control. You are computer proficient, highly detail-oriented, and able to stay focused while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

*This position is based in our London Branch.

Compensation: The posted range for this position is $42,000- $55,000 which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc.
