Il Picciolo Etna Golf Resort & SPA is an exclusive 5-star hotel located in the unique setting of the Mount Etna Park, operating under a prestigious franchise partnership with the Curio Collection by Hilton brand. Our mission is to offer unforgettable experiences that blend luxury, gastronomic excellence, and the charm of Sicily.

We seek a talented and charismatic Bar Manager to lead the Bar department at our Resort. You will be responsible for creating a premium Mixology experience, coordinating the team, and overseeing all operational and management aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

• ​Operational Management: Daily supervision of the Bar, ensuring service standards are aligned with Curio Collection by Hilton.
• ​Menu Engineering: Developing an innovative cocktail list that highlights local Etnean excellence.
• ​Leadership & Training: Managing, training, and motivating the Bartenders and Bar Commis.
• ​Inventory & Cost Control: Monitoring Food & Beverage costs, managing orders, and inventory.
• ​Guest Experience: Engaging with guests and actively promoting bar services to maximize revenue.

Work Experience

​Requirements:

• ​Languages: Mandatory proficiency in English and a second foreign language.
• ​Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within 5-star hotels, high-end cocktail bars, or international environments.
• ​Skills: Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology, spirits, and coffee service.
• ​Attitude: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
