Our mission is to offer unforgettable experiences that blend luxury, gastronomic excellence, and the charm of Sicily.

We seek a dedicated Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. We are looking for an early bird professional with a keen eye for detail, capable of turning our guests' morning into a high-end gourmet experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• ​Breakfast Management: Full responsibility for the breakfast line, including hot dishes (made-to-order and buffet), pastries, and healthy options.
• ​Show Cooking: Managing live cooking stations for eggs, pancakes, and local specialties prepared on the spot.
• ​Quality & Setup: Overseeing constant buffet replenishment, ensuring high aesthetic standards and absolute product freshness.
• ​Hilton Standards: Strict adherence to international service standards and HACCP procedures.

Work Experience

​Requirements:

• ​Experience: Proven previous experience in 5-star hotels, preferably with a specific focus on breakfast service.
• ​Skills: Mastery of basic culinary techniques and the ability to handle high-pressure peak hours.
• ​Attitude: Precision, a welcoming personality (essential for show cooking), and exceptional punctuality.
• ​Preferred: Previous experience within the Hilton brand or high-luxury properties.
