OUR CONTEXT

Il Picciolo Etna Golf Resort & SPA is an exclusive 5-star hotel located in the unique setting of the Mount Etna Park, operating under a prestigious franchise partnership with the Curio Collection by Hilton brand. Our mission is to offer unforgettable experiences that blend luxury, gastronomic excellence, and the charm of Sicily.

We seek a dedicated Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. We are looking for an early bird professional with a keen eye for detail, capable of turning our guests' morning into a high-end gourmet experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Breakfast Management: Full responsibility for the breakfast line, including hot dishes (made-to-order and buffet), pastries, and healthy options.
  • Show Cooking: Managing live cooking stations for eggs, pancakes, and local specialties prepared on the spot.
  • Quality & Setup: Overseeing constant buffet replenishment, ensuring high aesthetic standards and absolute product freshness.
  • Hilton Standards: Strict adherence to international service standards and HACCP procedures.



Work Experience

​Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven previous experience in 5-star hotels, preferably with a specific focus on breakfast service.
  • Skills: Mastery of basic culinary techniques and the ability to handle high-pressure peak hours.
  • Attitude: Precision, a welcoming personality (essential for show cooking), and exceptional punctuality.
  • Preferred: Previous experience within the Hilton brand or high-luxury properties.
