OUR CONTEXT

Il Picciolo Etna Golf Resort & SPA is an exclusive 5-star hotel located in the unique setting of the Mount Etna Park, operating under a prestigious franchise partnership with the Curio Collection by Hilton brand. Our mission is to offer unforgettable experiences that blend luxury, gastronomic excellence, and the charm of Sicily.

We seek a a talented and creative Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for ingredients and the ambition to work in an international fine-dining environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Section Management: Full responsibility for the assigned section, ensuring the highest quality for every dish served.
  • Quality Standards: Strict adherence to Hilton brand standards and HACCP procedures.
  • Coordination: Collaborating with the Executive Chef on munu creation and supervising Commis de Cuisine.



Work Experience

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven previous experience in 5-star hotel kitchens
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and raw material management.
  • Attitude: Ability to work under pressure, precision, and a strong team-player mindset.

  • Contract: Fixed-term/permanent contract (to be defined based on the profile), with an expected start date of February 2025.
  • Compensation: Salary according to the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
