Il Picciolo Etna Golf Resort & SPA is an exclusive 5-star hotel located in the unique setting of the Mount Etna Park, operating under a prestigious franchise partnership with the Curio Collection by Hilton brand. We seek a  a dynamic and professional Chef de Rang to join our dining team. Working under the guidance of the Maître and the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure attentive and personalized service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• ​Station Management: Full responsibility for your assigned section, ensuring a smooth and high-quality dining experience.
• ​Management Support: Actively collaborating with the Maître and Restaurant Manager to uphold Curio Collection excellence standards.
• ​Mise en Place: Meticulous care for table settings and cleanliness of the assigned station.

Work Experience

​Requirements:

• ​Languages: English is mandatory. Proficiency in a second foreign language is a preferred qualification.
• ​Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within 5-star hotels or gourmet restaurants.
• ​Attitude: Excellent interpersonal skills, professional grooming, and a strong team-player mindset.
