Job Description

We are seeking a Cluster Director of Sales – Leisure & Luxury to join the Bodrum Cluster Commercial leadership team.

This role leads the Luxury & Premium Leisure sales strategy across two distinctive properties, with a primary focus on Susona Bodrum LXR Hotels & Resorts and a cluster-wide responsibility including DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Işıl Club Resort, and DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Marina Vista, which is currently undergoing renovation due to earthquake reinforcement but is planned to open soon with a new brand name reporting to the Cluster Commercial Director. The position plays a key role in driving ADR uplift, premium demand and brand-aligned growth, while operating within a highly collaborative cluster sales model.

The role works in close partnership with a peer Cluster Director of Sales (Groups), sharing a single cluster sales team and common resources, with clearly defined segment ownership and a strong culture of collaboration.

Luxury & Leisure Sales Leadership

·         Lead Luxury Leisure FIT, Premium Direct and High-End Incentive sales across the Bodrum Cluster

·         Own relationships with Luxury Travel Advisors and Consortia (e.g. Virtuoso, Amex FHR, Signature)

·         Drive HNW, VIP, lifestyle and branded partnerships aligned with luxury positioning

·         Manage high-rate boutique incentives, buy-outs and premium retreats

·         Champion story selling and value-led positioning in close collaboration with Revenue and Marketing

Cluster Focus & Property Scope

·         Act as the primary Sales lead for Susona Bodrum, LXR Hotels & Resorts, supporting luxury leisure growth and ADR uplift

·         Support premium leisure and high-rate opportunities at DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Isil Club, particularly during peak season

·         Identify and activate cross-property opportunities that enhance total cluster performance

·         Ensure all activity is aligned with clear segment ownership, avoiding overlap with volume, TO or wholesale business

Collaboration & Execution

·         Operate as part of a shared cluster sales leadership model, working closely with the Cluster DOS – Groups

·         Leverage a single, shared sales team across the cluster to maximize efficiency and synergy

·         Partner with Revenue Management on pricing, yield, displacement and forecasting

·         Contribute to annual sales plans, budgets, forecasts and commercial reviews

·         Track and report performance across luxury leisure production, ADR, premium mix and partnerships
