Job Requirements

The Complex Director of Revenue is responsible for developing and implementing strategic revenue management initiatives to maximize overall revenue, market share, and profitability across Al Habtoor City Hotels. This role oversees pricing, distribution, forecasting, and inventory management while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the cluster’s revenue strategy across all three hotels, ensuring alignment with market conditions, brand standards, and commercial goals.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies for all segments, including transient, corporate, groups, and wholesale, to maximize revenue and yield across the portfolio.
  • Oversee forecasting and budgeting, producing accurate short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts based on demand patterns, trends, and business performance.
  • Analyze pickup, pace, and business mix daily to identify opportunities and risks, adjusting strategies proactively.
  • Optimize channel distribution, including brand.com, OTAs, GDS, and direct channels, to ensure the best possible channel mix and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends using benchmarking tools and market intelligence to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Ensure rate integrity and compliance with cluster policies, brand guidelines, and contracts, safeguarding revenue and market credibility.
  • Lead weekly revenue meetings, presenting insights and strategic recommendations to the Cluster GM and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing on promotions, campaigns, and segment strategies to support revenue optimization.
  • Partner with Reservations and Front Office to ensure proper inventory management, overbooking strategy execution, and accurate data.
  • Maximize total revenue, including rooms, MICE, F&B, and ancillary revenue opportunities within the cluster.
  • Oversee revenue systems, including RMS, PMS, CRS, channel managers, and BI tools, ensuring optimal configuration and adoption.
  • Produce timely and accurate reports for leadership, owners, and corporate teams, highlighting key trends and strategic insights.
  • Coach, train, and support revenue and reservations team members, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.


Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of progressive revenue management experience, ideally in luxury or large multi-property operations.
  • Strong background in cluster or complex revenue leadership roles.
  • Proficient in revenue management systems, PMS/CRS platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai market dynamics is a significant advantage.
