The lively Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek is looking for a Cook Supervisor to join their culinary team. This role will be supporting Beech, the poolside café and bar.
Ideal candidate has at least 5-7 years of progressive culinary experience in a high volume restaurant. Prior supervisor or lead experience is required. Seeking someone who has a good attitude and able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Shift Pattern: varies with typical shift times starting at 9am or 11am. Weekend and holiday availability required.

As a Cook Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
