What will I be doing?
As a Event Supervisor, you will supervise all aspects of banqueting operations to deliver outstanding service for conferences, meetings, weddings, and special events. You will communicate clearly with your team, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that each event runs smoothly from start to finish. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising daily Banqueting operations, including event setup, service, and breakdown
• Communicating and delegating tasks to the team based on event requirements
• Ensuring all setups, service standards, and equipment comply with Hilton brand and event specifications
• Responding to guest and client inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Acting as a liaison between the team and management, representing operational needs
• Supporting Banqueting Management in reaching financial and service targets
• Assisting with training, coaching, and developing team members
• Participating in annual and mid-year performance appraisals for team members under your supervision
• Ensuring compliance with hotel security, fire safety procedures, and all health & safety regulations
• Promoting environmental awareness and sustainable working practices
• Cooperating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery and maintaining strong working relationships
