Reporting Line: Executive Lounge Supervisor / Food & Drink Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome executive Guests on arrival and assist with seating, luggage, and personal requests.
• Deliver Food & Drink service with professionalism, presenting menus, recommending options, and assisting with wine and beverage selections.
• Serve starters, main courses, desserts, coffee, liqueurs, and beverages according to lounge standards.
• Take and process guest orders accurately using the Micros System and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper condition of tables, lounge furnishings, chinaware, cutlery, and glassware.
• Refill drinks, clear tables, and proactively respond to guest needs throughout the service.
• Guide and support junior team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Stay informed of hotel services, VIP requests, and special events to anticipate guest needs.
• Report guest feedback or suggestions to the Executive Lounge Supervisor for continuous improvement.
• Participate in pre-service meetings, training sessions, and departmental communications.
• Follow all hotel safety, fire, health, and security procedures.
• Perform additional side tasks to support lounge operations in an environmentally conscious manner.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience in luxury hotels, executive lounges, or similar Food & Drink service environments.
• Front Office, hospitality, or retail experience is advantageous.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
