A Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading all F&B operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability, developing menus, and managing a high-performing team within budgeted guidelines.
What will I be doing?
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring quality, service excellence, and compliance with Hilton standards. You will lead and develop your team, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Ability to meet financial targets and manage budgets effectively.
Proven track record in enhancing the performance of F&B outlets, restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Heads of Departments to elevate F&B standards.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends and Hilton brand standards.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English, with guests and employees.
Willingness to develop team members and self.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Professional grooming standards and punctuality.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Relevant hotel management certifications such as Food Handling Certificate, LCQ, GM Certificate, or WSET.
