A General Maintenance / Tiler is responsible for maintaining the building and facilities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while completing preventative maintenance schedules.

What will I be doing?

As a General Maintenance / Tiler, you will be responsible for maintaining the building and facilities, maintain tools to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. you will also be required to ensure preventative maintenance schedules are perform and documented. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Maintaining the good condition of all floor tiles / bathroom tiles and grout throughout the building
• Ensure kitchen and public areas are maintained to the highest standards  

• Complete guest room PM schedules on time and keep documentation up to date

   

• Operate and maintain tools and equipment in compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Assist with the delivery of other related services / guest reports

• ensure all working areas are clean and tidy after work 

   

• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
• Follow all Health and Safety rules within the Department and the hotel
