Located in the heart of Perth’s CBD, Parmelia Hilton Perth is a five-star landmark hotel connecting guests to the city’s best shopping, entertainment, and dining. Following a multi-million-dollar refurbishment, this 284-room property features modern conference spaces, stylish accommodation, and the popular Samuel’s on Mill restaurant and bar.
As one of Western Australia’s most recognised hotels, Parmelia Hilton Perth combines local personality with Hilton’s world-class standards and global support network.

 

About the role

Take the reins of Perth’s most renowned hotel as General Manager of Parmelia Hilton Perth. You’ll lead the daily operations of this vibrant property, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable performance.

Reporting to Hilton’s regional leadership, you’ll work closely with corporate stakeholders and property owners, ensuring strong alignment between commercial results, brand standards, and long-term strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing hotel operations and guest experiences across rooms, events, and dining
  • Leading, mentoring, and empowering department heads and a large, multi-skilled team
  • Driving profitability and operational efficiency while maintaining Hilton standards
  • Building trusted relationships with owners, Hilton corporate representatives, and the local community
  • Embedding Hilton’s Travel with Purpose sustainability vision into daily operations and long-term strategy
