Responsibilities:

  • Policy & Advisory: Support managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.

  • Talent & Succession: Manage recruitment, immigration checks, and succession planning during appraisals.

  • Employee Relations: Handle confidential issues like disciplinaries, grievances, and absence monitoring.

  • Training & Safety: Coordinate departmental training, health & safety compliance, and team events.

  • Systems & Engagement: Maintain HR systems, payroll, reporting, and promote team benefits and industry partnerships.

 

About You:

  • Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)

  • Physically based in the Darwin Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)

  • HR expertise with a polished, professional approach and a positive, can-do attitude.

  • People-powered and service-driven—ace communicator with a knack for making every interaction exceptional, inside and out!

  • Adaptable and unstoppable—ready to tackle any challenge, stay cool under pressure, and shine whether flying solo or teaming up!

  • HR pro with people skills, positivity, and the flexibility to make magic happen.
