The Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort is looking for a Lead Banquet Cook to join our culinary team! This individual will support events and assist with ordering and training.
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of banquet culinary experience (both garde manger and hot kitchen). Hotel background required.
Shift Pattern: varies with AM and PM shifts, weekend/holiday availability required

What will I be doing?
As a Lead Cook, you would be responsible for assisting with the direction and oversight of all culinary operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
