Conrad Dubai is seeking an elegant, service-focused Lobby Lounge Waitress to join Isla, our sophisticated lobby lounge. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering refined, personalized service and creating memorable guest experiences in a luxury setting.

As a Lobby Lounge Waitress, you will represent the Conrad brand through warm, intuitive, and attentive service, supported by strong product knowledge and exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated service experience through the following:

• Provide gracious, attentive, and timely service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and well cared for
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries with confidence, professionalism, and warmth
• Serve beverages and menu items in line with established service standards and guest expectations
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of menu offerings, beverages, and lounge concepts to enhance the guest journey
• Maintain immaculate presentation of the lounge, including mise en place, service stations, and guest areas
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, and service teams to ensure smooth and discreet operations
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately, elegantly, and within expected service timelines
• Uphold Hilton and Conrad grooming standards, reflecting a polished and refined personal appearance
• Comply with hotel security procedures, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
