Our mission is to offer unforgettable experiences that blend luxury, gastronomic excellence, and the charm of Sicily.

We seek a versatile and professional Spa Receptionist & Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate is a hybrid professional, capable of seamlessly switching between guest reception duties and performing high-quality wellness treatments in the cabin.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Spa Reception: Manage reservations, welcome guests, advise on treatments, and assist with sales at our Shop.
• ​Cabin Operations: Perform massages and beauty/wellness treatments according to the resort's high-quality standards and ensure brand excellence.
• ​Guest Experience: Ensure a relaxing atmosphere and impeccable service in all areas of the spa.

Work Experience

​Requirements:

• ​Qualifications: Professional Diploma or Certificate in Esthetics/Massage Therapy (mandatory qualification to operate in the cabin).
• ​Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.
• ​Experience: Previous experience in a 4/5-star hotel in a similar role (reception or cabin). A propensity for retail sales will be considered an asset.
• ​Attitude: Excellent communication skills, cheerfulness, flexibility, strong customer focus, and the ability to manage stress.
