Job Description

Signia by Hilton La Cantera is looking for a Spa Reservations Supervisor to join their team!

Nestled high above the rolling hills and live oaks of the Texas Hill Country, Signia by Hilton La Cantera offers a serene resort experience featuring over 140,000 sq. ft. of event space, a luxury spa, outdoor pools, a kid’s camp, and an 18-hole championship golf course. Guests can savor bold flavors across four restaurants and five bars, with convenient access to premier shopping, dining, Six Flags, and the San Antonio Airport.

The ideal candidate holds 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service environment with the ability to lead, train, and support teams in a fast-paced environment where organization, communication, and a personable demeanor are key! 

As the Loma De Vida Spa Reservation Supervisor, you will be expected to: 

Reservation & Guest Service Management

  • Oversee all incoming spa calls, emails, online inquiries, and booking requests to ensure timely and professional responses.
  • Monitor reservation accuracy, treatment availability, and scheduling to maximize therapist utilization and revenue.
  • Handle complex guest requests, complaints, or scheduling conflicts, providing solutions that prioritize guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of spa services, promotions, pricing, and policies.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Supervise, coach, and support spa reservation agents in daily tasks and service standards.
  • Conduct training sessions on reservation procedures, telephone etiquette, upselling techniques, and software usage.
  • Monitor agent performance through call reviews, feedback sessions, and productivity metrics.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

Operational Support

  • Work closely with the Spa Manager, Front Desk, and therapists to ensure accurate communication of schedules and guest needs.
  • Update and maintain reservation software, service menus, availability, and pricing.
  • Assist with daily reports, forecasts, and KPIs related to bookings, revenue, and guest trends.
  • Ensure compliance with spa policies, safety standards, and brand service guidelines.

Sales & Revenue Optimization

  • Promote and upsell spa services, memberships, packages, and retail products.
  • Use yield management strategies to improve occupancy during peak and off-peak times.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue through enhanced reservation operations.
