What will I be doing?

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and ensuring that guests experience relaxation, rejuvenation, and wellness throughout their stay. You will provide professional massage and body treatments, promote spa services, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Perform professional massage, body, and facial treatments in accordance with established standards and guest preferences.
    •    Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments or spa products.
    •    Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all treatment areas and comply with health and safety regulations.
    •    Uphold guest confidentiality and deliver exceptional service that promotes relaxation and satisfaction.
    •    Assist in promoting spa services, packages, and retail products.
    •    Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are properly prepared before each session.
    •    Maintain accurate guest records and report any issues or concerns to the Spa Supervisor or Manager.
    •    Support overall spa operations and uphold the brand’s service standards.

What are we looking for?

A Spa Attendant serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Graduate of TESDA-accredited Massage Therapy course or equivalent.
      •    Must be accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) to practice massage therapy.
      •    At least 1 year of experience as a Spa or Massage Therapist in a hotel or wellness spa is preferred.
      •    Knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, etc.).
      •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      •    Warm, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
