At Ballarò, our signature dining venue at Conrad Dubai, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress to be part of our vibrant Food & Beverage team.

As a Waitress, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing warm, timely, and attentive service. With your extensive knowledge of our carefully curated menu, you'll confidently guide our guests through their culinary journey, ensuring every moment is nothing short of exceptional.

What will I be doing?

As a Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service in a warm, timely, and professional manner. You will also demonstrate strong product knowledge and uphold Hilton standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless dining experience.

As part of our team, you will:

• Deliver personalized service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the menu, offering recommendations to enhance the guest experience

• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience from welcome to farewell

• Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to maintain smooth operations

• Uphold Hilton’s high standards of hospitality and service at all times

• Experience in Food and Beverage 
• Previous experience of cash handling
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
• Experience working for a luxury property
