The Opportunity

To manage and oversee all hub-level supply chain functions, including procurement, warehouse management, logistics, transportation, and planning (S&OP), to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of goods and services. Drive process efficiency, maintain optimal inventory levels, and coordinate across stakeholders to support business and project requirements while adhering to corporate policies and compliance standards.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to support the tendering team in winning projects, by ensuring competitive supplier proposals, early supplier engagement, and optimized cost and delivery commitments.

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities from requisition to delivery.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure cost, quality, and delivery performance.

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, frame agreements, and supplier terms for Regional and Global Suppliers, manage supplier performance and develop suppliers to grow HE Attractiveness.

  • Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations. Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and resource allocation. Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

  • Plan and manage inbound/outbound logistics, including international shipments. Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers, and customs brokers.

  • Resolve shipment delays, damages, or documentation issues. Optimize transportation costs while maintaining service levels.

  • Develop and maintain supply chain plans aligned with operational and project schedules. Monitor material availability and adjust plans to meet demand.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 10+ years in supply chain management with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven experience in procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and planning.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
