The Opportunity

In this influential role, you will build strategic relationships, shape market direction, and champion innovative solutions that advance a sustainable energy future. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners, guide commercial strategies, and engage with customers to deliver offerings that strengthen safety, reliability, and grid performance. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Identify and pursue GCB project opportunities across North America.

  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with utilities, EPCs, and key stakeholders.

  • Lead sales planning, forecasting, and strategy development.

  • Oversee proposal creation and define technical and commercial approaches.

  • Develop tailored customer action plans and support seamless execution.

  • Analyze market trends and shape segment strategies for growth.

  • Provide clear, timely market feedback to influence business decisions.

  • Negotiate commercial terms that align with organizational objectives.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree plus 5+ years of industry experience.

  • 10-15 years working with power products or related technologies.

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred.

  • Background in power plants, substations, or high‑voltage systems is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this role is $125,700 - $157,100. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, and internal equity.
