We are looking for a Buyer to join our Shared Services Center in Tallinn. In this role, you will support procurement operations for the Nordic region, ensuring smooth supplier collaboration and timely delivery of materials. How You'll Make an Impact
Connecting supplier orders with customer needs
Creating and managing purchase orders
Checking supplier invoices
Communicating with internal and external partners
Monitoring timely delivery of materials

Your Background
Prior experience or education in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement
Good knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of SAP or other procurement systems is an advantage
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Strong team player
Ability to engage and effectively communicate with customers
Willingness to take initiative and accept new challenges
