Job Description:

The opportunity

We are looking for a Security Manager who will strengthen our cluster operations across Central & Eastern Europe. In this role, you will support several countries while acting as the Crisis Coordinator for Poland. You will help us embed strong security practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise our organization on key business decisions related to security and crisis preparedness.

You will join a collaborative regional team that works across travel security, physical security, project security, critical infrastructure protection and crisis management. New and evolving European regulations, as well as increasing customer expectations, make this an exciting time to grow in the role and shape how we build a secure and resilient organization.

You will be the main point of contact for country management teams in Poland, guiding them in establishing and maintaining efficient crisis‑management processes. In other cluster countries, you will work closely with local teams to ensure consistent implementation of global and regional security programs. You will also have the opportunity to work with international stakeholders, including projects in higher‑risk areas when needed.

This is a great role for someone eager to apply solid security expertise, stay curious about new regulatory requirements, and build strong partnerships both inside and outside the organization.

How you’ll make an impact

  • You support the implementation of global and regional security programs across the cluster.
  • You ensure compliance with security policies, standards and audit requirements.
  • You track emerging security trends and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • You contribute to effective risk management through specialist advice.
  • You drive continuous improvement in security culture and behaviors.
  • You work closely with management teams to promote awareness and engagement.
  • You act as Crisis Coordinator for Poland and support crisis preparedness in other countries.
  • You ensure security tools and processes are used effectively across the cluster.
  • You work with external partners, including authorities, when appropriate.
  • You support project security needs, including in higher‑risk locations when required.

Your background

  • You speak Polish and English fluently.
  • You have experience in the security field (corporate security, public sector security, or similar).
  • You bring proven experience in crisis management, risk mitigation or incident response.
  • You have knowledge of physical security, travel security or critical infrastructure security.
  • You are based in (or willing to relocate to) the Warsaw area.
  • You build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable working independently and across multiple countries.
