Job Description:

Join one of our manufacturing plants in Łódź as part of our Engineering Team. As CNC Programmer - Production Specialist, you’ll be responsible for improving production processes and optimizing existing technologies, as well as developing new machining solutions for CNC equipment.

How you’ll make an impact

• Drive continuous improvement of machining processes and tooling with a focus on safety, quality, and cost optimization.

• Identify issues and implement preventive solutions.

• Program CNC machines to ensure efficient and precise operations.

• Create and maintain technological documentation.

• Oversee and monitor the execution of technological processes.

• Track and analyze production performance indicators for assigned processes.

Your background

• Higher technical education (preferred fields: Mechanics, Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation & Robotics).

• Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company.

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., NX, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD).

• CNC programming skills.

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Knowledge of machining processes and technological workflow development.

• Good command of English.
