How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Deliver financial consulting and coaching to business leaders.

  • Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and alternative scenarios.

  • Ensure smooth, timely, and efficient service delivery across processes.

  • Monitor team performance and drive resolution of open issues.

  • Oversee system-related process activities and maintain global standards.

  • Collaborate effectively with process leads and stakeholders.

  • Support improvements in processes and team setup.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including 2+ years in service delivery environments.

  • Strong understanding of processes and IT systems (ERP, planning, reporting tools).

  • Proficient in MS Office and integrated solutions.

  • Experience with SG&A functions, IS allocations, and monthly reporting.

  • Fluent in English and local language.
