How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and maintain production schedules using ERP and planning tools.

  • Adjust plans to meet changing material availability, equipment status, and customer priorities.

  • Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely resource availability.

  • Monitor progress and revise schedules to guarantee on-time delivery.

  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

  • Lead and guide scheduling staff to achieve departmental goals.

  • Utilize ERP systems to track production plans and maintain accurate records.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in production planning/scheduling within manufacturing.

  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and scheduling software.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
