How you’ll make an impact

  • Your responsibility may vary based upon asking for your specialty, skill sets during interview.

  • You will be entering data and performing word processing tasks to support local office or function-specific business processes.

  • You will be ordering and payment for office supplies and managing inventory).

  • You will be coordinating and receiving internal and external parties for inspections, repairs, cleaning, and waste management.

  • You will be assisting with security-related management (e.g., ID cards, keys, rental cars) and providing support for reception/switchboard or the mailroom.

  • You will be communicating and coordinating with overseas employees via email and simple spoken English when necessary.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You currently have the disability certificate in Japan.

  • Experience in general office administration.

  • Atleast business level fluency in Japanese.
