In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams, drive impactful projects, and ensure compliance with global standards—all while shaping strategies that make a real difference for our planet and our business.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Advance the maturity of environmental and sustainability programs.

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop reduction strategies.

  • Lead projects focused on Reduce – Refurbish/Repair – Recycle – Reuse – Rethink.

  • Develop and coordinate improvement initiatives, including capital proposals.

  • Manage key environmental programs: waste, wastewater, stormwater, air, and emergency plans.

  • Fulfill reporting requirements and serve as the primary contact for agencies.

  • Track and report environmental metrics and conduct audits.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong project management or project engineering experience.

  • Background in manufacturing environments.

  • Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards.

  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
