How you’ll make an impact

1. You will sort out and Compile the Process Manual/Handbook. Map out the processes, identify potential failure points, and assess the associated risks.

2. You will participate in the review of tender doc. (Commercial related, Contracts/ correspondence etc.) and procedures. Summarize the results of risk assessments, the effectiveness of mitigation strategies, and any emerging risks.

3. You will be responsible for continuous improvement of Export sales commercial process and tools.

4. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

5. Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

1. You can be currently pursuing master’s.

2. Major in Business/trade/legal are highly preferred.

3. Strong commercial/legal knowledge are highly preferred.

4. Good communication and teamwork capability.

5. Fast study capability.

6. Fluent writing and oral English.
