You will work both independently and as part of a highly skilled team, contributing to the smooth start-up of complex electrical systems and ensuring that all service activities meet Hitachi Energy’s safety and quality standards.

Ensure all work complies with Hitachi Energy’s strict safety standards and local regulations.
Communicate clearly with customers about service work, equipment performance, and safety measures.
Recommend product upgrades and solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
Provide basic on-site training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Develop strong relationships with customers to secure satisfaction and repeat business.
Your background
Technical diploma (MBO or equivalent) in mechatronics, electromechanics, or electrical engineering.

Demonstrated safety awareness and the courage to stop or refuse unsafe work.
Good communication skills in Dutch (B1) and English (B2) — willingness to improve Dutch on the job is welcome.
