Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support teams and supervisors in achieving top-tier HSSE performance

• Ensure compliance with corporate, customer, and regulatory standards

• Conduct audits, inspections, and safety walkthroughs

• Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis

• Track and follow up on corrective actions

• Promote awareness through safety campaigns and training

• Participate in daily meetings and shift handovers

• Share ideas to enhance HSSE programs and culture

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field preferred or minimum 2 years in an HSSE role or 5 years in heavy manufacturing with safety involvement

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools

• Willing to travel up to 10% and work 3rd shift

Bonus: HSE certifications and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus!
