The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with German to join our dynamic onboarding team supporting the DACH region. In this role, you will be part of a well-structured and collaborative environment, responsible for administering, coordinating, and continuously enhancing hiring and onboarding processes.
How You'll Make an Impact:
• Maintain employee data in various HR Systems and prepare employment documentation.
• Provide reliable HR support to our community: talent partners, managers, employees, and candidates.
• Follow, prepare and review process documentation.
• Execute global and local HR controls on time and in accordance with agreed deadlines.
• Deliver HR services using various tools, ensuring adherence to standardized Ways of Working.
• Identify and drive the implementation of process improvements, ensuring their effective execution
• Support HR-related projects and initiatives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Your Background:
• Experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or customer service in an HR-related environment.
• Practical understanding of HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or GlobalView; experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive, flexible, and eager to expand responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office tools.
• Very good command of English.
• Very good command of German.

• One-year contract with the possibility of extension (in addition to a 3-month probation period).
• Hybrid work model, requiring two days per week in the office.
