We seek for "HSE Specialist" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy Distribution Transformers Factory, in Dudullu with below qualifications;

How you will make an impact:

• Drive the HSE activities at facility and implement global and local targets to establish the safety culture, identified improvements together with the local HSE department,

• Conduct, contribute and participate the basic concepts suchlike risk assessment (ABRA) and environmental aspects & impact assessment, 

• To participate Emergency drill, site walks/tours (SOT), GEMBA activities, 5S implementations, 

• Contribute the HSE performance, hazards, risks and precautions and to take necessary actions where necessary,

• Participate and contribute the incident prevention programs, workshop sessions and incident investigation and analysis studies,

• Organized and follow health, safety and environmental training for Hitachi Energy employees and contractors’ staff when required, 

• To report the to the HSE Lead periodical or non-periodical reporting within Hitachi Energy or other required parties, 

• Participate and support the internal and external audits of environmental and safety management systems, customer or supplier HSE assessments. Maintain the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. 

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related areas.

• Having min C-class Occupational Safety Specialist  

• 3 –5 years' experience of HSE systems implementations at industrial facilities, in safety and environmental systems implementations at industrial facilities, 

• Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Preferably having auditor certificates for both management systems, 

• Knowledge about the occupational risk assessment methodologies and techniques, 

• Good command of written and spoken English &Turkish
