As an HSE professional within the Grid Integration Technology Center and the Hitachi Energy Research Center, you will be part of a global, innovation‑driven community shaping the technologies that power homes, industries, and critical infrastructure. How You Will Make an Impact
Provide HSE guidance across local operating units and help cultivate a proactive, positive safety culture
Ensure compliance with legislation, internal standards, and R&D/industry best practices
Conduct internal audits of measurement rooms and departmental processes to identify improvements
Prepare monthly HSE KPIs and management insights to support leadership decision‑making
Collaborate with process owners to develop efficient, compliant HSE procedures aligned with business needs
Deliver specialist support through project meetings, lab/site inspections, audits, and daily advisory requests
Analyze internal and external data to recommend strategies that enhance communication, compliance, and performance
Produce clear, actionable management information promoting HSE best practices across teams
Your Background
HSE professional with experience in R&D or manufacturing environments
Master’s degree in Safety Engineering, Electrical/Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
HSE qualifications meeting Polish legal requirements
Familiarity with relevant ISO and technical safety standards
Proficient written and spoken English
Laboratory experience is an advantage
