The Opportunity

Join our Industrial Cybersecurity team as an Operations Specialist and play a key role in protecting critical OT/ICS environments against evolving cyber threats. In this role, you will strengthen the resilience, safety, and compliance of our industrial operations by driving proactive risk management, developing cybersecurity awareness programs, and supporting key initiatives across cross‑functional teams. You will collaborate closely with control and asset owners, project managers, and cybersecurity experts to embed best practices throughout the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence cybersecurity across essential industrial infrastructure while advancing your expertise in a high‑impact and rapidly evolving field.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Track, monitor, and document cyber risks and issues across ICS environments, ensuring timely remediation

  • Collaborate with control and asset owners to maintain accurate mitigation records in the central issue tracking system

  • Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training tailored for OT personnel and plant operators

  • Prepare dashboards and reports that communicate cybersecurity risk posture and performance to leadership

  • Support project managers and cross‑functional teams in integrating cybersecurity controls into OT/ICS environments

  • Assist the Cyber Defense Center in incident monitoring and response activities within industrial control systems

  • Maintain alignment with IEC 62443 and other relevant cybersecurity frameworks to support compliance

  • Continuously monitor emerging threats and technologies to help evolve and strengthen the cybersecurity program

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

  • Experience in ICS/OT cybersecurity or industrial network security

  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management capabilities

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and work under pressure in complex environments

  • Critical thinking, strong problem‑solving skills, and a proactive, self‑driven mindset

  • Willingness to travel to industrial sites when needed
