As a Site IT/OT Specialist in Prague, you will be part of the global Business Solution Team (BST) and the go-to expert for IT/OT solutions and services, working closely with business leaders and IT stakeholders. Your mission? Ensure seamless connectivity, robust cybersecurity, and smooth integration between IT systems and shop-floor technologies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT/OT operations, ensuring reliability and quick response to emergencies.
  • Carry out the IT/OT cybersecurity first responder tasks by investigating and determining the scope of the incident and working with the cybersecurity team to contain and remediate the incident, under guidance from the factory incident responder​
  • Manage IT infrastructure, applications, and ticket escalations for both office and shop-floor environments.
  • Support the Site IT Service Delivery Manager in planning, implementing, and maintaining IT/OT systems.
  • Drive integration between IT and business operations, enhancing connectivity and cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Language skills: Fluent in English and Czech (must-have).
  • Education: Secondary or university degree in IT or related field.
  • Strong technical foundation in IT infrastructure and systems architecture.
  • A friendly, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and coach junior colleagues.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and explore new technologies.
